Endorphin Rush Dance & Fitness is always looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and talented dance instructors to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC! Professional dance instructors for recreational classes.

We offer exceptional dance programs for children, teens, and adults at community centres throughout Vancouver.

Our philosophy is simple: Dance should be fun, welcoming, and accessible to everyone! We believe in building confidence, encouraging creativity, and sharing the joy of movement in a positive, non-competitive environment.

We're Looking for Instructors Who:

• Are passionate about dance and love sharing that passion with others.

• Bring positive energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to their classes.

• Have experience teaching dance, particularly to children.

• Are reliable, professional, organized, and confident managing a classroom.

• Can create a welcoming, inclusive environment for dancers of all abilities.

• Communicate professionally with students, families, and our team​

Teaching Opportunities

We offer opportunities in a variety of dance styles, including:

• Children's Dance: Creative Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet/Jazz Fusion, and themed dance programs.

• Pre-Teen & Teen Dance: Hip Hop, K-Pop, Jazz, and more.

• Adult Dance: Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin Dance, Dancehall, and other styles.

• Seasonal Dance Camps: Spring Break, Summer, and Winter Break programs.

Opportunities include weekly classes, seasonal camps, and substitute teaching.

Requirements

Applicants should have relevant dance experience and at least 2 years of teaching experience. Experience working with children is a strong asset.

All instructors must have a valid Criminal Record Check, including a vulnerable sector screening, or be willing to obtain one.
